How long is the delivery time?
All rugs featured on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Products that are in stock are typically dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.
Domestic (India): Usually delivered within 7 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Typically 7 business days, subject to customs clearance and the shipping method selected (air or sea).
At checkout, you’ll see an accurate estimate of your delivery timeline.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver everywhere, including Europe, the US, the UK, and beyond. At checkout, you’ll be able to select your country for delivery. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but you’ll always see an estimated delivery date before confirming your order.
Are there customs or duty fees?
For bulk international orders, you may choose between sea freight (cost-effective, longer delivery) and air freight (faster, higher cost). Please note: any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country are your responsibility.
What are the shipping costs?
All delivery costs, domestic and international, are the responsibility of the customer. Charges depend on your location, order size, and chosen shipping method. The exact shipping cost will always be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Domestic Orders (Within India): Customers must bear the cost of return shipment; a return must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
International Orders: Products delivered outside India are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, exchanges can be facilitated within 14 days of receiving the product. The additional cost for shipping will be incurred by the customer. A credit note for the exchanged product can be generated as well.
How do I exchange a product?

If approved, ship the item back in its original condition and packaging within the 15-day window.
Once inspected, we’ll process your exchange or issue a credit note.
What if my rug arrives damaged or defective?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Depending on availability, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or provide a credit note.
Product Information
Do Husk rugs come with a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 6-month warranty on machine-woven and tufted rugs, and a 12-month warranty on hand-crafted rugs. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes natural variations, normal wear and tear, sunlight fading, pet damage, or misuse.
Are Husk rugs handcrafted?
Many of our rugs are handmade by skilled artisans. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or design are natural and add to their uniqueness.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, many of our collections can be ordered in made-to-measure sizes. Please note that custom rugs are made to order, so delivery times may be longer (lead times vary by collection).
How are rugs packaged for delivery?
Your rug will be carefully rolled or folded (depending on its size and type) and wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.

How should I clean my rug?
- Vacuum regularly with a low-suction setting (avoid beater bars).
- Spot-clean spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
- Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Rotate rugs occasionally to prevent uneven fading.
How do I protect my rug from damage?
- Use protective pads under heavy furniture.
- Keep rugs away from prolonged sunlight and damp areas.
- Avoid exposure to pets’ claws and chewing.
